We are looking for a Head of National Sales - B2B travel trade for premier luxury travel company based in Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Corporate office : Sec 18, Gurgaon

Role Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

CTC : As per Norm

Experience : Min of 10 years of core sales experience in the luxury travel industry, with a strong focus on B2B and trade channels.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field

Working Conditions : 5 days, regular working hours; Work from Office only


POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the National Head of B2B Sales (Trade Focused), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share and revenue through B2B partnerships and trade channels. You will lead a team of regional sales managers and work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets through trade channels.

B2B Network Expansion: Identify and establish partnerships with high-value B2B partner, including luxury travel agencies, corporate clients, and other trade partners.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform sales strategies.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term collaborations.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular performance reports to the executive team.

Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new travel programs and services that meet the needs of trade partners and clients.

Training and Development: Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to travel as needed.
