Job Description - The role will be to develop sales strategies and managing sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue for the designated region

- The client is largest spirit making company with great brand portfolio. The company has been successfully building its brand equity in international markets and currently exports its products to multiple countries. They are very well established and performing company

Description :

- Grow the popularity of the company's products within designated channels

- Their chief responsibility is to foster more sales for the products in designated Region



- Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets



- Profit and loss responsibility within the region



- Liaise with customers in a positive and effective way



- Managing the sales team



- Ensure efficient adoption of all sales processes in line with organisational strategy.



- Formulate and a streamline robust sales strategy with a view to manage business profitability, enhance product penetration and raised market share.



- Analyse market trends and competitor's activities and formulating strategies in line with business expansion plans.



- Strategies on marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilisation of promotion tools etc.


Profile :

- MBA with 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverages

- Must have strong track record of success with prior experience of meeting sales quotas
