National Sales Director - Industrial Automation (15-20 yrs)

Our client is a multinational company with an international customer base from offices located throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head their India Sales and managing all aspects of Customer service, Project deliverables and operations, through a global network of integration and distribution partners.

- Leading an existing team of over 20 in sales and service, You will

- Help develop Company technical solutions and to create Business/ Industry products/ services strategy, often crossing multiple businesses while leading the team in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts and partnership creation.

- Have full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others and capable to conducts root cause analysis and improves long term profitability in a variety of situations; a S.W.O.T. expert; anticipate future customer needs

- Apply both strategic and tactical understanding of markets to ensure Company wins in the marketplace

- Lead formal teams or manages sales personnel and very often to liaise with the Highest level of decision-makers on the largest and most complex systems from the customer side

- Be defining project customer interface and assists teams on the largest deals

- Have the required knowledge of Customer in terms of Industry direction and customer strategic business plan for future

- Drive Partner interaction and building on the current partner program and growing the market in the industry.

- Be accountable for Business and Financial Impact - Manages sales and support resources directly or indirectly; responsible for revenue, margins and departmental expenses

- Are comfortable with Sustained very high quota and results over multiple years for the business;

- Handle Large complex deals or a very large volume of moderate deals

- Execute Plan for Strategic Impact for Company for the near and mid-term period.

Eligibility

Technical degree highly preferred

- Prior experience in Sales of Industrial equipment scanning in one or more of the following vertical markets (Automotive, Logistics & Distribution, Pharma & Medical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Electronics & Semiconductor) desired

- Must be comfortable selling product applications in a highly technical environment and possess sophisticated technical comprehension

- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a team of sales professionals

- The ability to plan and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the Company's customer base/channel partner relationships

- Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
