National Sales Capability Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Performance Management :
- Implement 9-box performance management in field force to achieve targeted 9 Box Distribution to enhance Sales growth
- Evaluate effectiveness and deliver sharp incentive programs for all sales team
- Lead National-level Field Force Effectiveness projects to enhance distributor sales rep productivity
Field-Force Ways-of-working :
- Embed new Ways of Working in the Sales Executives to simplify and standardize Daily-Weekly-Monthly sales processes
- Support roll out of key automation initiatives to improve store assortment with capability programs
- Launch optimized staffing Models for extended field force and establish Third party management processes.
Functional Training :
- Design and deliver Sales Capability programs as per calendar
- Build capability for New Product Launches with Field-force Training
- Leverage Learning-Management-System to design and launch relevant Sales functional-capability modules every month - Channel Capabilities
- Set up and run the Recruitment, Induction and Assessment Processes for Rural Sales Representatives across India
- Build Modern Trade capability program across levels - KAM, KDE, Promoters, Merchandisers
- Support Channel management launches across Wholesale, Sub Distributor, etc with field-force capability building.
