National Role in Credit ( NCM ) for a Tech based NBFC in Bangalore .
Hiring for a National Role in Credit ( NCM ) for a tech based NBFC which is a 100% subsidiary Indian arm of an MNC.
Experience :
- Providing Business Loans via Digital door
- Mainly in Traditional Risk Management & Credit Analysis along with latest experience in Digital lending in Retail and wholesale funding which includes - Buy Now Pay later (BNPL)
- Strong expertise in MSME lending ,Digital lending ,Paper lending, SME Lending (unsecured )
- Requires a competent professional qualitative experience in the field of Credit Underwriting, Operation and process management in the banking / financial Sector.
- Expertise in underwriting, process setting and risk (policies) with key focus on top line profitability. Sound knowledge of Credit Underwriting - High Ticket Personal loan and Business loan.
- A proactive planner with dexterity in identifying &adopting emerging trends to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms.
- Demonstrated abilities in handling administrative activities in co-ordination with the various departments.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building &interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving &organizational abilities.
- Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
Experience required : 10 yrs.+
Age : under 42 Years
- Team handling role, supervisory role.
