The Job Description for the position

Position Summary

- Planning and co-ordination to ensure that the right product designs reach the right store at the right time and in the correct quantities

Key Responsibilities

- Owning and managing sales data, customer inputs and feedback compiled by Regional Retail Merchandisers

- Generate detailed buying plan along with break up basis store wise sales data

- Managing the distribution of stock, ordering stock, deciding delivery dates, decision about new patterns & trends

- Analyze sales data and trends in order to generate volumes for various product designs

- Generate report on analysis of sales data on a monthly basis with design as well as Managing Director with a view to identify high potential products as well as flagging off lost opportunities to regional teams

- Generate pull out schedule for warehouse to send out goods to various stores

- SPOC for MBO clients with regard to master order/indents and delivery of the same

- Regular follow-up with Production Merchandiser & Warehouse Team for timely dispatches and deliveries to MBO clients
