The client is a leading Fintech organization in the Health Care Set Up business which has a strong presence within India.
Description :
Reporting to the Business Head of the organization, you will be responsible for :
- Management of existing clients- a total base of close to 6-7 accounts
- Responsible for building up the distribution channel and retail network with insurance companies through RFPs & Renewals
- Ability to guide and mentor the team from time to time.
- Management of sales budgets and costs
- Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
- Monitor team performance for sales and collection.
- Create awareness of our product application.
- Develop customer and ensure maximum usage of their products
- Create ethical Business environment.
Profile ;
- Graduation in Engineering and an MBA from a reputed college.
- Must have 10 plus years of relevant experience in Sales in a reputed organization.
- Must have handled a region /or as ZSM in at least two zones
