National Relationship Head - Insurance (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for National Relationship Head Insurance for a large Private Bank based in Gurgaon / Hyderabad.
Job Profile :
- Nationally head the Business Relationship
- Business analysis across channels wrt channel performance, product mix, revenue generation, visibility & marketing initiatives, training needs and performance recognition
- Relationship & Engagement : Responsible for developing, implementing and executing business strategy to support growth targets and driving topline and bottom line. Regular interaction with business units
- Product Lead : To drive Life/ GI and Health Insurance business, pursue collection of renewals, minimize surrenders and maintain persistence.
- Develop Marketing Campaign across customer persona, pursue Business Quality parameters, Product-Mix Strategy, New Product rollouts & Process Improvisation for LI business.
- Distribution Management : Execute Channel specific strategy to meet budgets, conceptualize R&R & training support.
