National Reconciliation Manager - BFSI

Job Description :

- To drive and be accountable for operational recon of ATM's being serviced across the nation. Currently 12000+ ATMS

- Would be accountable/answerable for the Recon cost incur by the company in terms of penalties and deductions done by the client.

- Draft and implement efficient recon system for timely query resolution.

- Sound technical ability (ATM).

- Good at managing relationship with customer at senior levels.

- Should be able to drive team to close queries within TAT.

Desired Skill set :

- Should have sound technical knowledge of ATM machines.

- Should have handled Pan India Operations.

- Fronted ended customers for query resolutions as last escalation.

Experience : 3 - 4 years in Reconciliation (mandatory). Overall experience required is of 6 years (minimum)
