National Product Lead - Medical/ Healthcare Equipment Financing
Reporting to : Business Head
Location : Gurgaon
Client : Established NBFC
- Responsible for product policy and process design
- Drive P&L, revenue generation & providing support to all channels to enable acquisition. Developing the customer level strategy based on customer life cycle/stage and insights Customer Onboarding with focus on Channel Activation.
- Launching regular campaigns/contests for channel partners to drive the Sales.
- Regular monitoring of business to enhance branch productivity Ensuring Value Build up in acquired customers. Monitor product performance, analyze causes & discuss with senior management on appropriate action plan for remedy. Identify Training needs of the channels on Products and Processes
- Work closely with Analytics team to study customer behavior and design and alter current product offerings
- Competition Analysis
- Devise go to market strategy
- Strong Analytical bend of mind. Ability to work with diverse stake holders
- Proficient in MIS and presentations.
- 2 year full time MBA from tier 1/2 campuses
