National Policy Head - Consumer Durable/Personal Loan/Credit Card - BFS

Job Description :

1. Responsible for developing credit appraisal guidelines and monitoring framework for consumer durable / PL.

2. Design and formulate programs/policy changes to enhance growth and profitability of the consumer Durable / Personal loan portfolios.

3. Work with stakeholders in areas pertaining to product enhancement, policy changes, marketing offers, campaigns, pricing, process improvements etc.

4. Work with product heads to reach untapped customer segments, strengthen product portfolio and help mitigate margin compression.

5. Develop comprehensive process flow for CD/PL business, Early warning triggers and portfolio management.
