Education: Post-graduate management degree or a Technology degree from a premier institute will be preferred. Experience: 18+ years of experience with at least 10 years exposure to the financial services industry with a minimum of 5 years in leading new products / digital transformation in banks / payments / Fintech / Technology organization - End-to-end understanding of lifecycle of digital payments products - innovation to commercialization - Up-to-date on key technological trends and platforms within the payments industry. - Identification, assessment, procurement of technology and related network, hardware, systems, software and services - Big Data modeling, large scale computing, machine learning, AI and block chain - Project leadership: Robust strategic acumen coupled with strong execution capability Position would also need: - Experience in managing and balancing the interest of multiple stakeholders - Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders - Ability to develop, grow and nurture a highly motivated and result oriented team - Hands-on style of leadership with a high sense of integrity - Strong communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator Indian passport holders with strong experience in international markets and understanding of emerging global payment trends are welcome to apply.
