National Operations Head - Wellness Centre (15-22 yrs)
- The role is a key part of a management team that oversees organizational processes, and works towards improving quality, productivity and efficiency, manage processes, budgets and people.
- Provide inspired leadership for the Centers
- Provide leadership to center heads
- Take care of the Ops of each center Service, Admin, Conversion of leads, Branding, Loyalty program, Operations and equipment of Center
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and compliances with laws and regulations
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met
- Ensuring centers working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
