Description :

- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives

- Lead a Pan-India team of salespeople

- Ability to guide and mentor the team from time to time.

- Forecasting accuracy for Sales

- Monitor team performance for sales and collection.

- Develop customer and ensure maximum usage of their products

- Ensure customer satisfaction for the performance of the products.

- Participate in short and mid-term strategic planning for the business

Profile :

- Graduation in Engineering and an MBA from a reputed college.

- Must have 10 plus years of relevant experience in Sales in a reputed organization.

- Must have handled a region /or as ZSM in at least two zones

- Extensive exposure in Respiratory therapy area
