National Manager - Sales - FMCG/FMCD/Retail (6-12 yrs)
We are looking for National Sales Manager for an International Lifestyle Brand.
- Deliver and exceed the revenue targets by brand in the assigned markets and channels.
- Develop sales strategy, tactics and campaigns, together with associated sales plans and targets in the assigned markets and channels.
- Identify emerging trends and aligns best practices and resources to support growth within scope of responsibilities.
- Fully understand Brand DNA in terms of Essence, History and Roots, Style, Values, Personality and Tone of voice, Target Consumers, being able to interpret Deliver and exceed the revenue targets by brand in the assigned markets and channels.
- Develop sales strategy, tactics and campaigns, together with associated sales plans and targets in the assigned markets and channels
- To ensure the alignment with Brand objectives, strategic guidelines, priorities, key activities and events, thus support the development of Brand activity plans in full accordance and coherency.
- In close cooperation with the Marketing Department, support development of the brand Yearly Activity Plan, in accordance with the Brands' priorities, ensuring a constant and orchestrated flow of activities to achieve the Sales targets;
- To support the Design Team with structured product feedback for each new model, summarizing the key features and characteristics required as per her knowledge on the market
- Develop strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders in order to maximize business opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and corrective plans if needed to address foreseen shortfalls against targets
- Promoting a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Define, identify and scout the best possible sales talents in the market to support the team set up and growth
- Manage and coach the sales team in order to maximize sales results and team capabilities development
Experience & Education:
- 6+ years of experience in the same or equivalent role with an international background
- Experience in Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry
- Masters degree in business administration from a good B-School
- Solid sales results track record in the market/industry
- Ability to understand current market trends
- Focus on results and ability to deliver results
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial, innovative
