Job Description
- The National sales manager will be responsible to drive the existing business and the new business development activities for PAN India region. The location of the role will be Mumbai.

Description
- Preparing yearly sales operative plan
- Working closely with the CEO for long term strategic plan
- Preparing annual sales budget with CEO
- Target management and achieving results through the team
- Implementing the product strategy as per the guidelines of the long term strategic plan of the company
Profile
- Candidate should have previous working experience in managing the large geographically spread sales team
- Education background: Engineer + MBA
- 7 to 10 years experience in the construction chemical industry
- Should have strong entrepreneurial skills
