National Manager - Risk - Bank

Job Opening for National Manager-Risk with Leading Private Sector Bank based at Mumbai

Role and Responsibility:

- Development and deployment of legal, regulatory and internal policy compliance programs

- Provide active leadership and support for compliance activities

- Evaluate and assess current processes to identify risks or areas of operational weakness. Recommend and develop effective solutions

- Strengthen compliance infrastructure through process and tools adoption along with compliance metrics and reporting

- Development and deployment of regulatory compliance programs in the regions

- Provide training to employees on risk and compliance policies and drive relevant training initiatives

- Update business teams on pertinent legal and regulatory development and compliance best practices

Knowledge and Skill Sets Required

- Hands on experience on managing risk and implementing compliance program for large business units

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

- Excellent project management skills

- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationship
