Job Description - National Sales Manager for Medical devices in Cardiology Segment. Someone with 10+ work experience in domestic or regional sales of Medical devices like Stents, Catheters, Accessories, CRM, Valves and other devices in Cardiology.

Client Details :

A leading global Medical devices company that provides state-of-the-art cardiac solutions for patients everywhere.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the existing Cardiology segment to maximise it & work towards expanding the penetration to Tier-2,3 cities as well with CRM, Valves, and other devices in pipeline.

2. Work closely with the Directors to reach the aspirations for the existing portfolio & the company at large.

3. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Legal, Health care Compliance, Purchase, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain for long-term vision of the company.

4. Should have a growth mindset and a team player.

5. Previous working experience with big brands, preferably in cardiology therapy; significant exposure to domestic market & start-up culture.

Profile :

A successful Candidate:

1. Should have 10-12+ years of work experience in Medical devices sales.

2. Regional or national level exposure to sales of Medical devices in Cardiology segment is preferred.

3. Should have team management experience.

4. Good B-school pass-out and an engineering background is an add on.
