Opening with one of the Non banking Financial company Job Purpose - Run data models on large scale data to derive actionable insights - Roll out business acquisition programs based on the insights derived from the data models - Refine the data models based on response to the above programs KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DATA SCIENCES &amp; MODELLING - Work with large, complex - structured and unstructured data to analyze and interpret trends and patterns - Design, Model and Implement data architecture and analytics solutions - Work with business teams to understand the pain-points or opportunities and convert them into problem statement - Strong hands on experience of data science model development and deploying into production environment. - Leverage appropriate statistical models and techniques to solve those problems - Understand and initiate the data enrichment initiatives to increase the data model accuracy/sensitivity - Be a hands-on technical leader. Spend 50% time on high-level design, analysis, data architecture and data modeling BUSINESS PROGRAMS - Build the end to end strategy and execution plan along with model governance and model optimizations to solve business challenges - Own and design the campaign optimization, channel optimization, personalization rule based engines and alike from web analytics perspective to optimize the user journey on digital assets - Coordinate with product teams and performance marketing teams to strategize the plan based on insights to drive the business goals TEAM MANAGEMENT AND CROSS-COE COLLABORATION - Work with various COEs within marketing and across the company to lead the implementation of key projects - Lead a team of data scientists, ensuring a balance between future-facing requirements and ongoing monthly optimization and enhancement requirements of business PARTNER ECOSYSTEM - Identify, onboard and actively manage an ecosystem of service providers - Develop long term partnerships with key service providers - Undertake special initiatives with key analytics providers and partners for incubating new capabilities - Position the organization as an innovator in marketing analytics domain KPIs - No. of actionable segment clusters - No. of data programs - Business revenue generated through data programs - Employee SAT Required Qualifications And Experience QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp; - 8-10 years of experience of managing analytics initiatives with end to end execution, business management and process management - Proven track record of application of data modelling techniques to resolve business problems - Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics or mathematics is preferred - Experience in working with multi-dimension data - Strong hands on experience of R, Python, SAS, SQL - Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL with query optimization and handling big data on cloud environment - Must have managed a team of data scientists APTITUDE - Strong business acumen and has a knack of people management - Strong project management skills and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions - Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) - Flexible and self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
