National Manager - Logistics/Warehouse (18-25 yrs)
- Head the Logistics and Warehousing Operations.
- Responsible for both B2B and B2C/D2C logistics operations.
- Improve service at optimized cost for shipments.
- To engage with the supply planning team for ensuring in-time product availability across all the online market places/platforms.
- Engaging with 3PL logistics players for related shipping requirements.
- Export-Import and Domestic trade compliance.
- Escalation management for deviation reports.
- Ensure correctness of product classification declaration and related duty payables.
- Handle and respond appropriately to queries from CHA/Customs/Banks/FSSAI/Spice Board/ADC for clearance of goods/products.
- Partner with Internal/External Audits and facilitate process and transaction Audits.
- Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Taxation and Govt Affairs team for handling queries from authorities
- Cost and service delivery
- Team Management, Lead performance reviews for the team and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR for developmental needs and coordinate for related training
