National Manager - Legal - LLB - Housing & Micro & Small Enterprises

- Drafting loan documents such as Loan Agreement, Hypothecation Agreement, Guarantee, Memorandum of EM, Mortgage Deed.

- Interact with the empanelled law-firms/lawyers for obtaining Title Clearance Report and other documents pertaining to immovable properties and other securities.

- Drafting/vetting/review of all kinds of credit documentation for Micro and Small Enterprises and Housing, including security documents and all transaction documents for various kinds of fund based and non-fund based as well as secured and unsecured facilities.

- Advise the branches, Micro and Small Enterprises and Housing Departments about changes in stamp duty, registration rules etc.

- Act as a facilitator for resolving legal issues faced by Micro and Small Enterprises and Housing Departments in connection with processing of Loan.

Desired Profile:

- LLB with 8 - 10 Years of Experience.

- Experience in handling queries pertaining to the provisions of Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act.
