DETAILS OF FUNCTION :
- Developing a strategic vision & strategic choices for the channel
- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the channel
- Execution of agreed strategic choices
- Execution Of Agreed choices to achieve the business objective
- Timely reporting of performance against business objectives and strategic
- Mange Pan India business.
- Develop distributor network for franchisee /MBO
- Drive billing efficiency
- Coordinate with COCO/FOFO VM /Marketing team
- Planning & implementations of activations to increase off take /Visibility Planogram etc
- Ensure store wise for MBO target setting and achievements.
