- Driving Call Center Team to generate B2C business volumes from centralized and regional call center, through effective call center management, campaign & data management& Partner Management (Call Center Vendor)

- Ensuring daily allocation and actioning of the Dynamic leads (Doe & Marketing) from Call Centre and Field team.

- Managing Lead & Data for HL B2C Group PAN India.

- Ensuring B2C has a continuous &decent share of ETB customers in the field
