National Manager - Digital Capability - eB2B
Job Responsibilities:
Establish Digital Experts:
- Develop a long-term digital capability development strategy and multi-year plan including Competency Model / Assessments, Experiences, Exposure opportunities, Talent programs, Engagement initiatives, process and tools for implementation, skills building and matrix of measurement.
- Identify gaps in digital capability required across teams in company and in BIG to plan short term and long-term capability planning.
- Build content through internal experts and bring external experts to build specific capability contents as per roadmap
- Establish digital expert pool in and in markets coordinating with BIG commercial capability lead.
- Driving Fundamental Digital Capability across Organization
- Build and explore internal and external digital contents for creating fundamental capability foundation for all organization
- Ensure completion of capability plans for all assigned
Leading eB2B capability building across teams:
- Owning overall eB2B team capability building through right internal and external content developments to graduation
- Create digital eB2B academy contents and cascade to relevant teams
Leading Capability Development as Agile Coach & Scrum master:
- Building agile ways of working and scrum masters across organizations
- Ensuring compliance and conversion of built recommendation sections in eB2B solution
- Collaborate with RGM, W@POS team to build one recommendation engine for offline and online
Collaborate with BIG Network Organization/markets:
- Collaborate with other BIG / eB2B teams to enable and execute Digital Capability across all BIG markets
- Exchange best practices across market and driving Digital Capability through creating and executing relevant capability contents
