We are looking for a Middle level HR professional to lead and to OWN the "Compensation and Benefits" part of HR Function at National Level along with "Reward Strategy", "Performance Management" and "HR Planning" & "HR Budgets".

This Role directly reports into HR Head.

Profile delivers to handle the above mentioned profile for employees in areas of, "Manufacturing", "SCM", "Sales & Marketing" and "Corporate"

Job Profile :

H/Se will be responsible to take care of Comp & Ben point; which covers Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, SCM, Sales, Operations, Legal) Sales / Operations at National Level and Manufacturing.

This position will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

This position also ensures that the compensation and benefits programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet the legal requirements. The incumbent of this position will interface with our senior executives, business leaders and Human Resource business partners and have extensive involvement in the preparation of materials being presented to senior management.

Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and HR practices.

Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. Provides HR and management with ongoing consultation, and develops processes and tools which facilitate the administration of effective, equitable and compliant programs.

Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary bench-marking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.

Business expert in all matters relating to CABs, advising senior managers and the HR team on all issues.

Up to date market knowledge will also include current tax implications particularly in relation to benefits and pay

Implements high quality execution and communication of core compensation and benefits programs and processes.

Recommends new and/or improved team member plans and cost-saving measures.

Provides guidance, advice, analysis and training of Human Resources departments in connection with compensation and benefits policies.

Ensures the achievement of equitable and competitive team member compensation and benefits programs.

Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning.

Collaborates with subordinate leadership to set strategy and business objectives.

Develops budgets, schedules and performance requirements.

Provides strategy and direction for compensation and benefits areas.

Makes final decisions on operational and strategic matters, and ensures operations- effective achievement of objectives.
