National Manager/Chief Information Security Officer - NBFC

- Lead all Information security and Cyber security initiatives at the company.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to security of Information and Cyber initiatives.

- Secure the design of technology platforms used by the company to ensure protection of data and information.

- Lead all initiatives to secure data through incorporation of risk based controls

- Coordinate with Auditors to ensure compliance to policy related to protection of data and information.

- Leading information security initiatives around development of controls and policy

- Implementing secure design principles related to both applications and infrastructure

- Institutionalize controls to ensure cybersecurity

- Coordinate audit and closure of open items

- Facilitate implementation of information security controls within IT applications, IT infrastructure as well as business teams pertaining to critical data

- Secure the IT infrastructure both on-premise and cloud.

- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
