Job Description
- Performance Marketing
- Drive overall brand and business KPIs across all platforms and initiatives through the year.
- Drive traffic and offtake growth on all devices (app, mobile site and desktop) through the various teams within the COE
- Drive analytics implementation & usage across all digital assets & leverage BI to improve metrics.
- Own campaign ROI across all digital initiatives and improve returns on Investment
Asset KPI Management:
- Track and drive all website related KPIs like traffic, views, MOUs, leads and alike
- Own along with other COEs and businesses the projected business numbers from the website originated traffic
- Drive step conversions on the website.
Asset Operations:
- Manage all operations activities related to website - content updation, uptime, loading time analysis and alike
- Ensure timely execution of all content changes across the website.
- Optimization and Capability Development
- Identify opportunities for implementing new features
- Work with various COEs internally to carry out new implementations and optimizations
- Identify opportunities for implementing new features
Funnel Management:
- Create a framework for funnel management, identifying tools to assist journey step conversions.
- Work with COEs to ensure various interventions are executed.
