Role and Responsibilities

- Manage the overall PAN India CFA Operations

- Downstream Transportation & Logistics

- Ability to play an Active Role in designing the Future Logistics Network

- Effective Warehouse Space Management at CFAs, Transportation & Distribution

- Channel - Wise (GT / MT) Inventory / Safety Stock Management at CFAs

- Analyze the current infrastructure constraints & current Business Model & remove bottlenecks

- Formulating the Transport Plan / Strategy - Route planning / Load Optimization / Cost & Analysis

- Defining & Periodic assessment of Transport & CFA SOPs .

- Preparing Annual / Rolling Logistics Budget with Detailed workings

- Monthly Scorecards / KPIs

Managing Warehousing / Transportation / Distribution

- Ensure Orders are executed timely

- Ensure CFA MIS / Order TAT / Delivery OTIF

- Implement Best in-Class class practices for Warehousing, Transportation & Distribution
