Designation: National Legal and Resolution Head - Unsecured Asset

Level: Mid to Senior Level

Location: Mumbai

Job role :

- Litigation cases, arbitration, Sec.138 cases, Against cases of company, Fraud cases, Drafting contracts & corporate compliance.

- Drafting & Vetting of Loan documents, Legal notices, NPA recovery & Auction cases

- Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.

- Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.

- Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.

- Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.

- Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office

- Resolution of Recovery Portfolio - Personal Loan - Unsecured

- Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,

- Appointment of Collection agencies, Skip tracing agencies, Agency performance monitoring

- Mentoring Collection Agents / DRAs.
