KRA:
Framework & Strategy:
- Defines the Training strategy for the organization including methodology, framework and delivery strategy
- Create models to address learning needs for full-time, temp and gig-workforce
- Work along with Sr Leaders and Managers in IHQ and Region to identify development needs
- Develop a curriculum and publish Training Calendars for implementation
Drive Business Outcomes :
- Enhance organizational performance with learning and development activities
- Drive key metrices such as productivity, customer satisfaction and retention/attendance
- Delivers trained, certified manpower for higher productivity and safe operations
- Creates P&L approach to L&D by leveraging Govt Skilling schemes and self funding initiatives
Content Development :
- Drive Creation of new training content
- Ensure training content adheres to best in class standards & frameworks
- Drives creation of e-learning modules to deliver trainings at a scale
Training Delivery :
- Deploy L&D interventions via various methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, role play, self-study, meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Drives delivery of training needs and induction program through regional trainers, CECs and e-learning platforms
- Facilitates training programs for senior leaders and managers
- Facilitates TTT programs and ensures highest levels of delivery by all internal & external trainers
Field Engagement - Deploy engagement programs for field workforce
Essential:
- Graduation in Business- Psychology or other related area
- Master's degree in Behavioral science or MBA in Human Resources, or any related area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
- 8-10 Years experience in Learning, Talent Management and OD in a high growth environment
- L&D Related certifications such as - Facilitation Skills, Instructional Design
- Led L&D Function nationally for an organization for at least 2 years
- Worked in L&D in E-Commerce, logistics, retail or telecom sectors
- Proven expertise in driving mass skilling program
- Experience in leveraging technology for delivering L&D at a scale
