National Lead - Marketing & Sales
Job Description :-
- Planning and executing business forecast, roadmap to achieve the targets for category business.
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing).
- Negotiate TOTs for NPIs in all available key accounts and ensure availability of SKUs in all the chains and geographies.
- Work closely with Vertical head to execute new product launches in Modern Trade , E- commerce, HoReCa & General trade.
- Keeping a track of competitive brand activity and have an updated comparison on all brands.
- Plan pricing and offers specific to each account timely.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to the management on the targets and business progress.
- Co-ordinate with ASMs/ Sales team for complete operation support.
- A cross-functional leader, with experience in brand/marketing and sales across various functions of E-Commerce business.
- Good experience in launching and growing the e-commerce channel, ideally within FMCG.
- Understanding of Key Account management principles will be an added advantage.
- MBA from reputed Institute.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
