National Key Accounts Manager - Modern Trade - Healthcare (7-18 yrs)
Our client is a fast-growing consumer healthcare firm based in Mumbai.
Job Profile:
- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with the business strategy.
- Responsible for the profitability of the channel and delivering on the Revenue.
- Create and develop relationships with Key Accounts through meaningful engagements.
- Maintain and grow market share brand wise in the organised trade segment.
- Build corporate and brand awareness and product penetration through education and engagement of key opinion leaders and practitioners.
- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.
- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with the accounts.
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities, and market intelligence to the company.
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolving all long outstanding debts.
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints, and operational matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience of 8-10 years of Key Account experience in Modern Trade.
- Experience in the Personal Care, FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of the consumer market, competitor products, and industry drivers.
- Understanding of Financial, Distribution & General Management concepts.
- Ability to manage teams, work cross functionally, and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
