National Key Accounts Manager - CPG/FMCG (8-11 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for for-:
- Delivering budgeted volume, market share and Revenue for National/International chains
- Managing National contracts and trade terms with profitable and sustainable growth
- Developing brand/category relevant plans specific to national chains with activation calendar to grow channel business
- Effectively manage the relationship and lead capability building in leading F&B chains/accounts in the Industry to build preferred partnerships
- Closely work with customers to gather Insights regarding Industry, category and shopper insights
- Plan account/ group level volume &market share to achieve budgeted volume and share
- Seed and Build NPD's to further grow future categories
- Negotiate national rate contracts and trade terms
- Coordinate the effective execution of International contracts
- Develop and drive Contract guidelines with robust KPI review mechanism (Internal & External)
- Support development of channel/category activation programs
- Develop plans with specific initiatives to enhance brands presence, visibility and activation in the channel
- Manage inter-functional process & relationship for seamless execution - interface for Key Accounts with Regional Sales and trade Marketing teams.
- Establish and oversee training/advocacy calendar - brand trainings, bar academy etc. for trade/channel
- Drive Relationship & Networking programs
- Drive PR association with loyalty programs
The incumbent should be an MBA from the premium institute with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in key account management and Modern Trade Management with FMCG Company. The incumbent should have Solid experience in account planning & management, operational policy & procedure, merchandising knowledge and skills and financial knowledge
