National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Responsible for leading business of Modern Trade.
Key responsibilities also include :
- Preparing the Modern trade sales strategy & growth plans along with planning portfolio growth initiatives, assortment
- Planning, launch planning, development and execution of Joint Business Plans along with include revenue & share parameters
- Managing PAN India business operations for products across categories
- Leading Joint Business Plan (JBP) & Annual TOT discussions for the trade partner
- Responsible for revenue growth and increase in counter share across categories by ensuring a healthy product mix at competitive price points .
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and purchase drivers by conducting market research and competition bench marking so as to ensure the placement of relevant products for different geographies
- Sales Forecasting, Festive Planning, Fill Rate Monitoring, Plano-gram adherence
- Enabling the collaboration of different functions - Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Service & Commercial
