As of January 2017, the company had a market capitalization of $3.47 billion with an enterprise value of $5.9 billion. The Cardiometabolic division of the company is in a high growth phase looking to touch a business revenue of 100 crores by the year 2025

Job Description : 

The position will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for the following

- To design & drive successful execution of sales & marketing strategies for company's Institutional Business

- To successfully set up and manage a team 2 to 3 people to take care of Pan-India Business

- To plan and execute participation in varied types of conferences, exhibitions, workshops, CMEs and hospital programs, etc to showcase our product portfolio

- To manage smooth flow of inventory for corporate hospital accounts and big nursing homes.

- To nourish and develop professional and credible relationships with key opinion leaders and reference training centres

- To develop product positioning benefit ladder and value propositions at individual brand and customer or segment level

Profile : 

The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of work experience or MBA/Masters Degree with 6+ years of work experience in Healthcare Industry (Medical Devices / Capital Equipment will be preferred)

Should have had a strong experience of delivering in a sales & marketing profile

Should preferably have worked in a P&L Management Role / Strategic Profile
