Looking for a talented individual to manage and grow Key account business for India Region.
Responsibilities
- Engage with relevant stakeholders like owners, purchase heads in identified National Key accounts.
- Monitor and improve market share in National and Regional key accounts .
- Co-ordinate with regional project managers and regional sales managers for driving engagement and market share gain in key accounts.
- Develop Meaningful Sales and Commercial Analytics that capture key performance indicators, linking back to targets and driving tangible actions.
- Collaborate and be the liaison between commercial functions and other functional groups such as supply chain, service and finance.
- Monitor and report progress on monthly, quarterly, and yearly level, using relevant metrics.
Need To Succeed
- 7+ years of relevant experience; strategy and B2B business
- Proven success driving business process and programs resulting in measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including qualitative research such as analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and making recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels and all role types
- Strong organizational skills, strategic mindset, and attention to detail

RSMs, Regional projects managers, STAM's Functional Leads of Marketing, Services, NBI, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
