Specialties include Custom Clearance, International Logistics, Exhibition Management, Security Transportation, Domestic Delivery, Vaulting, and Tours and Travels

Description

Reporting into the Managing Director of India, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead the HR processes for the entire organisation which has 6-7 entities and manage a team size of 8-10 people

- Closely work with each of the entities to transform the entire HR processes

- Drive all HR processes with focus on Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefits.

- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximise the strategic use of human resources

- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate key strategies by anticipating issues and solutions as appropriate

- Work on Industrial Relations aspect since one of the entities has a union.

Profile

- 15-18 years of experience in a HR with good exposure to industrial relations

- Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing sectors is an absolute must have

- Should have handled multiple businesses at one given time

- You should have been in leadership roles and have handled senior stakeholders

- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments

- Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships

- Industrial Relations experience with exposure to handling unions
