Industry Background : Consumer facing industries
- FMCG, Consumer, Telecom, Retail, Banking, Life Insurance, Airlines, Logistic and Pharma etc.
Candidate Background :
- Must have working experience as Sales HRBP in Industries like - FMCG, Pharma, Paint, Banking etc (Minimum 2 years work exp)
Candidate working with a Tier 1 FMCG Company in a Regional level profile, can also apply.

Team : 4 People (On Roll)
Workforce to Handle : 650+ (On Roll + Off Role)
Key Areas to Perform : HR Business partnering with Regional Sales Head's for an end to end HR agenda.
- Design HR Annual plan & budgets for the sales workforce.
- To lead people's policies, practices and processes.
- To evaluate HR Process, workflow & build efficiencies.
- Setting Up Key Productivity areas for Sales workforce.
- Retention & engagement - are they key tasks.
- Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning.
- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress.
- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations;
- Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.
