We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations for a specific business vertical. MBA in HR currently working as a National HRBP within Retail Assets from within a Bank/NBFC/HFC Apart from HRBP, person would also be responsible for driving the learning and development agenda across vertical Responsibilities : - HR Business Partnering with focus on on end result expressed in Business Volumes, Value, Productivity, Attrition, Engagement & Development for the specific BU - Manpower Planning & Budgeting. - Manage all critical Talent acquisition requirements in corporate office as well as branches. - Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department. - Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. - Provide HR policy guidance - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Drive Performance management system. - Manage learning strategies. Support the head HR in driving the development agenda. (Job would involve Travel to various locations across all regions)
