General Job Description : - To Support overall development of National transport business in India and support effective operations with a competitive solution. - To Establish National Transport as Value, Add Proposition to External customers Specific Accountabilities : - Support the strategic direction of the business; carry out client management activities leading to continued growth. - Identify new business opportunities. - Accountable for commercials, cost working/modelling, negotiations for all kind of transportation operations. - Responsible for achievement of Top Line revenue targets for Transportation Services. - Responsible for achievement of GP and Volume targets. - Identifying opportunities for expanding services and organizing meetings with individual product heads to manage the entire process up to closure (commercial agreement included). - Responsible for design, development, Manage, review and execute any large Key Accounts SOP, solution designing &amp; Implementation. - Build Effective and Competitive Distribution Model - Vendor identification, onboarding, negotiations for transport business - Design KRA/KPI/SOP/IOPs for better control on the operational processes. - Vendor identification, onboarding, negotiations for transport business - Actively involved in structured reviews with vendors / clients to establish relationship, share data/information and propose corrective action plans, develop solutions after understanding the changing business requirements.
