- Driving Campus hiring by engaging with campuses across regions, Organize Power talk to inspire young talent.
- Adhering to Recruitment SOP/Rehiring policy to maintain hiring TAT and ensure error free recruitment.
- Designing process related to hiring e.g. step-up process.
- Driving end-to-end Recruitment process which includes attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding (virtual and paperless).
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by rigorously creating and sharing the recruitment updates and dashboards every week with Business stakeholders.
