Position: National Head- Service Delivery Operations

Location: Mumbai.

Role:

- Delivery of simple and effective claims administration processes, to ensure that company achieves exceptional service excellence, which enhances the customer experience and increases customer retention and drives new sales growth.

- Deliver high speed and quality processing of NON EB claims to enhance customer satisfaction levels.

- Lead the claims management team and performance management processes to ensure people engagement, retention and ongoing development of human resource and talent pool.

- Support the delivery of wider customer experience through effective implementation of NPS program.

- To contribute to the development of customer service experience and new product development.

- Teamwork with the Information Systems, Sales and Marketing functions to influence system development to ensure that it satisfies the requirement of delivering exceptional service excellence, creating the highest priority of delivering reliable, transparent and professional claims management processes.

- To use best management practice to develop an effective working team to ensure that all of the team are motivated, confident and competent within the role.

- Working in partnership with technical specialists, make sure that claims are paid appropriately within the policy terms, understanding the impact in the context of underwriting risk, and case management.
