We are looking for a National Sales Head for a leading diversified group of businesses based at Lucknow

Job Details :

Location : Lucknow

Designation : GM / Sr. GM / Head

Grade : Senior

CTC : As per Norm

Experience : 20+ Years (Only in Transformers Manufacturing Industry Age : 42+ yrs

Education : Any Graduate but Diploma / B. Tech - Electrical shall be preferred

Key Deliverables of this role

1. Responsible for formulation and deployment of aggressive strategic & tactical initiatives with reference to the National Sales & Marketing activities of the organization.

2. Developing country product strategy across markets and defining appropriate sales strategy to capture market share thru customer retention, market penetration and customer conversion with reference to Utility business and Non-Utility ( Industrial & EPC) business, collection of receivables and contract closure in close coordination with manufacturing teams.

3. The process owner shall establish TAL's presence in new markets/regions, plan & support brand visibility activities, identify technical and commercial innovation, drive product differentiation efforts, extensively interface with end customers, and work closely with the regional sales team.

- Must have- functional competencies :

- A graduate engineer (electrical), preferably with post-graduate qualifications in management, having 20-25 years of experience in sales management/marketing at a senior level, in reputed growth-oriented Transformer companies.

- Preference would be for incumbents having exposure to both Power & Distribution transformers.

- Candidates with exposure to the T&D Utility market with reference to sales/marketing of associated high value products like MV/HV/EHV switchgears may be considered. The aspirant should be a strategic thinker with excellent business/commercial acumen, analytical, negotiation & influencing skills, leadership qualities, the ability to - look at the big picture-, and be adept at managing multiple activities in a highly competitive environment.

- The person must have excellent interpersonal skills, high results orientation, and a consistent track record of delivering performance.

- He must have high level of environmental sensitivity and ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
