National Head - Sales - Telecom/Retail (12-20 yrs)
We are hiring National Sales Head (Immediate Joiners) for Hyderabad location heading entire Telecom retail / retail wing.
Information About the Company:
Our client is a group company has over 27+ years of experience in retail and distribution. The organization on a whole does a turnover of 900 cr. Our client has many franchisees of fashion and Electronic gadget store.
We have been retained by our client to hire National Sales Head as per profile below:
- Should have prior experience of driving sales & marketing activities at a national/ zonal/ state level for electronic or telecom retail company for a min of 12 years mandatory
- Should be either handling national role currently or large regional territory
- Confident, excellent leadership qualities, should have a strong personality, be able to lead a team of 10 Area managers, Marketing department, 30 Store Managers, 100+ Executives
- Execution ability is a key for the success of the role
- Profile Responsible for driving the revenue through all the mode of product sales
- The position will be accountable for expanding product reach and adoption in the country through appropriate channel strategy
- The position will drive sales through distribution expansion and adding new channels for product sales.
- The incumbent will also provide leadership and direction to sales automation, sales capability building market visibility agendas for the products business.
- Opportunity to lead the marketing and digital agenda for a high growth organization.
- Formulating long term/short term plans, conducting negotiations and marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across the region.
- Conceptualizing & implementing the sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development efforts
- A candidate with a national/ regional sales role of the following companies preferred: Ingram /Redington /Brightstar/reliance digital/chroma/big C/ vodafone/ airtel/ idea/ sony/ LG/ samsung or any similar.
CTC: No limit, looking for someone senior, will give 20 Lakhs plus package, with 25% variable.
