Job Description:
- Responsible for handling the total revenue.
- Extensive experience in Sales in General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales (B2B/B2C)
- To nurture the existing clients and developing new markets.
- To work as a solution provider for the clients and give them complete solutions for their needs by creating custom made solutions.
- To devise competitive strategies to maximize the revenues
- To provide strategic direction to the team towards achievement of targets
- To enhance relationship with key clients and agencies and develop a partnership between the company and the associates.
- To develop and implement sales promotion strategies at regular interval
- Responsible for providing regular inputs to the programming team on the client requirements and customization
- To develop an effective team and motivate them to achieve targets
Personality:
- Should be self-driven individual, well organized.
- Should be able to lead a team.
- Should be able to make swift decisions and must have excellent written and oral communication
