Position : National Head- Sales &amp; Marketing Opening : 1 Location : Ahmedabad Qualification : Graduate + MBA from a reputed Institute (IIMs (A/B/C/)/ISB Hyderabad Only Experience : Min 12-15 years Reporting to : MD &amp; CEO Job Responsibilities (Essentials) : - Responsible for driving overall marketing for the company including communication strategy, media mix, digital, channel strategy - Responsible for creating annual sales plan of the company, sales policies and implementing the same across regions - Lead sales team across regions - ensure effective utilization and motivation of the team - Provide inputs during the price finalization based on latest market price trends and competition landscape - Constantly be in touch with market and make necessary changes basis market dynamics - Responsible for achieving sales targets - Create strong channel partnerships - Establish and maintain relationships with HNI clients - Organize promotional events, CP events - Manage participation in exhibitions Essential Behavioral Attributes (Soft Skills) : - Should have excellent communication skills - Should have result oriented approach - Experience in leading large teams and working in large cross functional teams. - Should have qualities of a leader - Thorough knowledge of RERA - Knowledge of local market dynamics preferable - Good exposure of Media Planning, Media Budget, Branding Strategies, Communication Strategy etc. - Good understanding of Market Dynamics, Competitors, Industry Pricing and media Costs The candidate should ideally have had significant experience working in a strategic role/National profile with major developers.
