Ideal Candidate would be from Real Estate Only.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the sales responsibility of high-end luxury to budget residential spaces.

- Lead the marketing division

- Lead sales team across regions - ensure effective utilization and motivation of the team

- Responsible for creating annual sales plan of the company, sales policies and implementing the same across regions

- Create strong channel partnerships

- Constantly be in touch with market and make necessary changes basis market dynamics

- Direct and maintain the Strategic Planning process to drive the growth required

- Successful sales conversion track record in securing new clients and/or organic growth of existing accounts

- Strong network and direct brand relationships
