National Head - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (7-20 yrs)

- Responsible for overall marketing, product & customer experience of prestigious developments in middle-income and aspirational segments to drive business, brand desirability, create affinity & enrich customer experience

- Build world-class real estate brands using clear brand architecture, brand strategy, consumer insights and competitive benchmarking, thereby elevating brand equity.

- Lead team of brand managers & creative, media & PR agencies to drive the strategic marketing, brand initiatives, product & PR strategy to deliver growth, maximize premium charged, aid customer acquisition & conversions while enhancing site level experience (ATL, BTL, events, digital, collaterals etc)

- Drive innovations in real estate industry to build new products, influence trade partners & key opinion leaders to build trust, confidence and enhance pride of ownership;

- Build and motivate high-performing teams comprising of associates from IIMs & ISB.

- Support sales levers (channel partners, loyalty, digital, cross sales, leasing, corporate) through product training, home-loan financials, to drive regular business

- Lead market intelligence across credible competitive set to synthesize market information for on-going pricing and product recommendations for new land parcels
