Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the company's National Sales and delivery teams to generate revenue growth as per the business plan
- Understand customer requirements and market conditions to generate ideas for new businesses or product enhancement/development
- Responsible for retaining and growing markets in which the company already has a presence
- Develop and improve sales analytics to monitor and track sales performance
- Providing on ground leadership to engage with top retention accounts and top high potential revenue and group accounts
- Building the sales leadership to take on the responsibility for expanded growth and increased coverage
- Driving the sales cycle/process by understanding the customer buying process and needs; focusing on solutions; seeking to understand the challenge; utilizing a consultative approach; and obtaining customer commitments
- Develop and execute Marketing & PR strategies consistent with the company's business plan
- Design target & achievement plans; assist team in meeting the yearly revenue targets & review their progress regularly
- Maintain regular feedback & periodic review of team members
- Work closely with the Academic Consulting Services team in terms of driving deep Engagement with School stakeholders, resulting in better retention of schools and upsell/cross-sell of products. Evolve the team to a revenue generating mindset from the current service delivery orientation
- Enable customer success and delivery TATs by managing the Program Implementation, Logistics and Customer service teams
- Build and maintain team budgets for the Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams
- Play a significant part in attracting, identifying and recruiting talent and keeping them engaged and motivated.

1. Understands the K-12 school space and has relations with principals, owners & teachers
2. Understands theory of change of assessments and personalized learning
3. Communication skills to speak to principals of prestigious schools in a listening / consultative manner to solve problems
4. Experience in managing and delivering through - feet on the street- teams - widely distributed, working remotely
5. Knowledge of Education Products
6. Excellent Presentation, Communications, Networking, and Negotiation Skills
7. Ethical, and strives for excellence and quality
8. Travel extensively (10-15 days a month)
9. Commitment to learning (adaptive to new tools & technology)

1. Successfully grown a business 30 to 50% CAGR in B2B or B2B2C as a Senior Leader. 12+ years of Experience
2. Created and implemented a standardized sales process. Rolled out across India for consistent last-mile experience
3. Ability to segment the market to draw shortlist of target customers
4. Ability to combine inside-sales and CRM to increase focus to where visits are made and improve conversion rates
