A. Position Purpose
Recruitment of National Sales Manager - Replacement
B. Position Responsibilities
Senior Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Home Loan RBL X Sell business from branches including segments
2. Working closely with Retail Assets Team for achieving business targets.
3. Strategy formulation & implementation along with branches and segments.
4. To be a key facilitator between RBL branches, RBL assets team
5. Achievement of Top line and revenue goals
6. Works with all segments to ensure they deliver desired productivity.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications : Essential MBA/Post graduate
Experience : Essential Min 12 - 15years Sales experience in Retail Assets Business
D. Competency Requirements :
Skill Attribute :
- Ability to manage and motivate branches and channels to contribute and over achieve targets.
- Revenue focus and orientation.
- Strategize/plan focus areas for months/qtrs..
- Strong understanding of all loan products
